About Allison
Perhaps my story can remind you of your own light — even in the places you thought you’d lost it.
I’m a writer, storyteller, and healing guide whose work bridges the seen and unseen. With 18 years as a psychotherapist and a decade in the Andean mystical tradition, I share stories as lanterns — helping others remember their wholeness and light.
My Gift
Since I was young, I’ve been able to feel into the hidden places inside people — the unspoken stories, the child who still longs to be seen, the shadow that has been pushed away. I sense how each soul is moving toward wholeness, even when the path feels tangled.
My voice has become one of my most natural tools. During my years as an online psychotherapist, I often sent audio messages to clients — short meditations, stories, and reflections. Many told me those messages felt like lifelines, something they carried with them through the hardest days. They said my words and my voice helped them see themselves more clearly, like receiving a gift or a message from a spirit guide.
Now, through writing, storytelling, and healing voice transmissions, I continue this work — offering stories as lanterns to light the way back home to yourself.
My Path
My journey hasn’t been a straight line. I grew up carrying early trauma, anxiety, and depression that followed me into adulthood. Healing did not arrive quickly; it came through many years of struggle, breakdowns, and spiritual initiations that brought me to my knees.
I trained and worked as a psychotherapist for 18 years, walking with people through the most tender thresholds of their lives. I also became a shamanic energy healing practitioner, apprenticing for nearly a decade in the Andean mystical tradition. In those teachings, I walked with the sun, the winds, the waters, the earth, and the moon. That deep relationship with the natural and unseen worlds carried me through my own dark nights of the soul, reshaping me from the inside out.
My Vision
The Andean tradition holds a prophecy: that in these times, heaven, earth, and the underworld will collapse into one world. I believe we are living in those times.
Through my work, I seek to anchor Heaven on Earth, weaving the shadow back into the light of the heart, and welcoming all parts of ourselves home to love. I write and share stories so others feel less alone, and so together we can create the new Earth — one soul at a time.
This is what I know: every story holds medicine. When we dare to tell our truth, we free not only ourselves, but each other.
Words Along the Way
Once upon a time, I was an editor and journalist. Most of those old clips are gone (tossed out when I thought I’d never write again). What’s left is a short list — a couple of published pieces, a graduation speech that found its way onto the Social Work Podcast, and a meditation that’s been floating around SoundCloud for years. I share them here not because they’re my most soulful work, but because they show the thread that’s always been there: I’m a writer, and I always have been.
