Find Your Center in Times of Upheaval: a Somatic, Experiential Journey to Your Inner Divinity and Guidance, Inspired by the Andean Inka Seed

Through guided practices, reflection, and shared experience, you will begin to:

  • See yourself more clearly, beyond roles, conditioning, and expectation

  • Recognize the qualities that are uniquely yours and have always been present

  • Develop a felt sense of your inner “yes” and “no” through your body

  • Connect with your own inner guidance and wisdom

  • Gain insight into the direction your life is wanting to move

  • Experience yourself as an essential part of the greater whole

This is not about finding a fixed “purpose” or forcing clarity.

It is about learning how to listen to yourself in a deeper way, so that your next steps feel more grounded, more aligned, and more your own.

You will be guided through practices that help you sense your inner landscape directly—using the body as a source of truth and awareness. These are tools you can continue to use in your daily life to navigate decisions, relationships, and change with greater confidence and trust.

Equally important, this is a space of genuine human connection.

You will have the opportunity to be seen and heard, and to witness others in a way that often brings unexpected clarity and affirmation. Many people find that being reflected through others helps them recognize parts of themselves they hadn’t fully seen before.

By the end of our time together, you may notice:

  • A stronger sense of who you are

  • Greater trust in your inner knowing

  • A clearer feeling of direction, even if it’s just the next step

  • A deeper connection to yourself, to others, and to something larger than yourself

  • A felt understanding that you are not separate, but part of a living, interconnected whole

We are living in a time of profound change. when it has become even more important to know how to return to yourself—to something tangible and rooted.

This workshop offers a way back to that place, as a practical, lived experience.
