Come Gather

Once Upon a Time, People Came Together to Remember What Mattered.

People used to gather around fires and kitchen tables. They shared stories, wisdom, laughter, grief, and concerns too large to carry by themselves.

These gatherings resurrect those experiences that are much needed in these transitioning times.

Through storytelling, reflection, writing, healing, and heartfelt conversation, we explore how to live with greater courage, connection, and trust as we personally and collectively undergo great change.

Whether you join us for The Hearth, HELD, Writing for Healing, or other circles, you'll find a welcoming space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself, one another, and the living world.

All gatherings take place at MindBody Healing Center in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. However, if you live too far to join us in-person, reach out and let me know. You can also attend via Zoom.

Circles and Gatherings

The Healing Intensive

There are times when we know we're ready for something to shift, but we can't quite identify what needs to happen next. You may be moving through a major life transition, grieving an ending, releasing an old identity, feeling stuck despite having done significant inner work, or sensing that something deeper is ready to change. The Healing Intensive is for those moments who want to go beyond simply talking about what you're experiencing and explore the emotional, energetic, spiritual, and deeper layers of your experience.

The Healing Intensive is Allison's most comprehensive and deeply integrative offering. Rather than working within a single modality, she draws from her full range of experience as a psychospiritual guide and energy healer, weaving together intuitive guidance, somatic and inner depth work, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Andean healing arts, and other practices as the session unfolds. You don't need to know which approach you need. Allison listens to what is present, follows the energy of the session, and brings forward the tools and practices that feel most appropriate for where you are.

People may come away from an Intensive with a sense of release, clarity, grounding, emotional movement, or a deeper understanding of what they've been experiencing. Sometimes an old pattern, attachment, or energy is ready to be released and the shift can feel immediate. Other times, the work reveals something that isn't ready to move yet, but can now be understood with greater compassion and less struggle. The intention is to create the space and support for it to unfold, helping you feel lighter, more connected to yourself, and more able to move forward into what comes next.

Writing for Healing

During times of grief, transition, loss, or profound change, it can be difficult to make sense of what we're experiencing. We may have feelings we haven't been able to articulate, memories we haven't fully processed, or a sense that we're becoming someone new without knowing quite who that person is yet. Writing can give us a way to slow down, listen inward, and begin putting words to the experiences that are asking to be understood.

Allison offers guided prompts and gentle invitations to explore your inner landscape through words. No writing experience is necessary, and there is no expectation that you produce something polished or share anything you're not comfortable sharing. You might write about a loss, a relationship, an ending, a beginning, an old identity, a dream, or simply whatever is present for you that day. The group becomes a space to write, reflect, listen, and witness one another's stories.

You may leave with a deeper understanding of something you've been carrying, a new perspective on an experience, or simply the relief of having given your thoughts and feelings somewhere to go. Over time, writing can help you recognize patterns, uncover meaning, reconnect with parts of yourself, and see possibilities that weren't visible before.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Circle

Endings, loss, grief, and major life transitions can stir up a lot inside us. Anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, uncertainty, and even excitement about what comes next can all exist at the same time. Sometimes there are circumstances we cannot change, people we cannot change, or endings we cannot undo. EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique (which involves tapping on major meridians of our bodies while focusing on an issue that's troubling us), gives us a simple way to work with what is happening within us, helping to ease the emotional and physical stress we carry so we can meet life's changes with greater calm, clarity, and ease.

Studies show that EFT is 99 percent effective in healing veterans with PTSD. Many clients say that it's safer, simpler, and more effective than EMDR therapy. You do not need to know anything about EFT to join this circle. Allison Brunner is an EFT for Trauma Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience, and she will guide you through everything, gently and at your own pace. We'll combine tapping with reflection and processing, working with whatever is present for you around the transition you're experiencing. As you learn the technique, you'll begin to discover how you can use tapping for yourself. We'll also experience what is known in EFT as borrowed benefits, the idea that when we tap alongside another person's process, we may experience shifts of our own. Your participation does not require you to share anything you aren't ready to share.

The intention is not to make difficult circumstances disappear or to force yourself to feel differently before you're ready. It is to create more room inside yourself to respond to what's transpiring in your life. As we work with our inner world, our relationship to the outer world can begin to change too. We may even then see our outer world shift in ways we've wished. We may become better able to adapt to what cannot be changed, release what is ready to end, and approach what is beginning with greater openness and optimism. Along with the circle, you'll receive free digital access to Allison's 90-minute Basics of EFT course, including the science behind EFT, detailed instruction, and everything you need to continue tapping on your own.

HELD: Nervous System Support + Energy Healing

During times of grief, transition, overwhelm, uncertainty, or change, we can hold more than we realize, physically, emotionally, and energetically. HELD offers a quiet place to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply be supported. You don't need to talk about what's happening or figure anything out. You don't need to know what you need. You're simply invited to lie down, let go, and receive.

During a HELD session, Allison creates a gentle energetic space designed to support the nervous system and encourage deep rest and release. Through body scan, decoupling (syncing your nervous system with the Earth's), energy work and intuitive healing with medicine stones, she works with the body's energetic field while you remain comfortably supported and fully clothed. Clients have reported feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, more grounded, emotionally shifted, and physically different after a session. Sometimes a minor physical or emotional issue may resolve or significantly shift within a single session; more complex or systemic concerns may require multiple sessions and ongoing support.

HELD offers an opportunity to give your body, mind, and spirit permission to pause and allow whatever is ready to shift to do so in its own time. You may leave feeling lighter, more spacious, more connected to yourself, or simply a little more resourced to meet whatever comes next.

Community Healing Circle

Community Healing Circle is an opportunity to experience the power of coming together with a shared intention for healing, peace, and well-being. Through simple group practices such as healing toning, chanting, visualization, prayer, focused intention, and energy work, we’ll create a circle where each person has the opportunity to both give and receive support.

Some practices may involve one person sitting or standing in the center of the circle while the group surrounds them with sound, intention, healing energy, or prayer. Other exercises may invite the entire group to work together toward a shared intention. The practices will vary from gathering to gathering, and no previous experience with energy work or meditation is necessary. You won't be asked to perform, explain, or disclose anything you don't wish to share.

At its heart, this is an experiment in collective care: setting aside the usual roles of healer and recipient and discovering what becomes possible when we intentionally support one another. Healing can be quiet—or it can happen through sound, laughter, prayer, imagery, or simply being held in the attention of a circle. Community Healing Circle is a place to explore what we can create when we bring our individual energy together.

Awakening the Inka Seed: Discovering Your Soul’s True North

Awakening the Inka Seed: Discovering Your Soul’s True North

Once upon a time, a seed was planted in your soul — the Inka Seed, the divine blueprint that whispers who you are and what you’re becoming.

In this first class of our 12-part series, we journey inward to meet that seed — to feel its location, to ask it questions, and to listen for its truth. Drawing on the Andean mystical tradition, you’ll explore your connection to this inner compass through guided reflection, story-teaching, and shared divination.

Together we’ll ask the timeless question: Who am I meant to become?

Using a simple divination practice inspired by the Andean coca-leaf reading, you’ll glimpse where your soul is on its current journey, what your seed longs for next, and how you’re being invited to live into its full potential.

By the end of the session, you’ll hold a clearer image of your own Inka Seed — a living lantern to guide your next step forward on the path of becoming.
